Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and your location.

Yes, we provide tiered pricing on the majority of our ferrules and connectors. For extremely large quantities or contract pricing, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Are your products compliant with international standards?

What is your return policy for unused items?

We accept returns on most unused, standard stock items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-ordered or modified products are non-returnable.
